Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Ilham Tenriajeng (trading as Latellu) handles personal data on latellu.com. It is written under Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP). I am the pengendali for data collected on this website. I am an individual, not a PT. There is no DPO and no badan hukum behind this page.

This website has no user accounts. There is nothing to sign up for. Language about "when you create an account" does not apply here and is not part of this policy.

What I collect

If you use the contact form or email me, I receive the name, email address, and message you send, plus whatever optional fields you fill. That is the only personal data I ask for.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel and the browser may record standard technical logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) to operate the site. Vercel Analytics records aggregated visit data. I do not run advertising cookies, and I do not sell personal data.

This website does not process health data, clinical records, or children's growth measurements. Tumbuhku is a separate product at app.tumbuhku.id and has its own surface. Do not send medical records through this contact form.

Why I collect it

To reply to you about the work you asked about. That is the purpose. I do not use contact messages for marketing lists.

Legal basis under UU PDP: you gave the data by sending it, for the purpose of that conversation, and I have a legitimate need to keep it long enough to reply and, if we start work, to perform the contract.

How long I keep it

Contact messages are kept long enough to reply and to continue a conversation that is still open. When the conversation is finished and there is no engagement, I delete them. I do not run an account database because there are no accounts.

Who else sees it

Email is delivered through the provider that receives contact@latellu.com. Hosting is Vercel. I do not share contact messages with a sales team, because there is no sales team.

If Indonesian law requires disclosure, I will disclose only what is required.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data I hold about you, and you may withdraw consent for further contact. Write to contact@latellu.com. I will answer within a reasonable time.

You may also complain to the Indonesian data protection authority designated under UU PDP.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. I do not store contact-form submissions in a public repository. I cannot honestly claim a certified information-security programme I do not have. If that is a requirement, this is not the right vendor yet.

Children

This marketing site is not directed at children. Do not send a child's personal data through the contact form.

Changes

I may update this policy. The date at the top is the current version.
